I have been working with Mental Health and Substance use for over a year. Previously I worked in the Court Service for nearly 20 years. I have competed to national championships in both dressage and showing. I have many years of lived experience. I enjoy listening to others and helping them to improve their own wellbeing. It is so amazing to see others achieve their own goals and see the light at the end of the tunnel.
