Our Activity and Wellbeing team provides tailored support to Concerned Others of all ages, helping you engage in activities that enhance and positively impact on your wellbeing. We offer both 1:1 and group sessions, offering a wide range of activities such as walking, gym sessions, arts and crafts, trampolining, farm visits, social groups, self-care, mindfulness, and much more.
Our 1:1 sessions offer a confidential and personalised experience, while group sessions provide an excellent opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences, whilst exploring new activities and supporting each other.
GDAFS understands that a Concerned Other’s own self-care and wellbeing can sometimes take a backseat when focusing on your loved one. That’s why our Activities & Wellbeing sessions place you at the center, offering a space where you can choose to discuss your concerns or simply enjoy the activities without pressure—it's entirely up to you! This is a person-led service, designed to prioritise your needs and wellbeing.
